Our Russian Volume Lashes and the Classic Individual Lashes last 4-5 weeks depending on two main factors: a person’s genetic hair growth cycle and how well they look after them. We suggest having them topped up every 2-3 weeks to replace any extensions that have shed due to the body's natural lash cycle and to replace any that have grown out. 

Classic Individual lashes are a 1:1 application, one extension on to one natural lash. So if a client has 50 eyelashes then they will be able to have 50 extensions applied. Russian Volume lashes are much much finer than Classic Individual lashes however we use more of them to create a delicate fan/flair. We then apply this single fan/flair onto each natural lash for a more volume look. 

Your eyelash extensions are carefully selected during the consultation process in accordance with the look you would like but taking into consideration the safety of your own natural lashes. We will never apply extensions that are too long or too heavy for your natural lashes to hold. Our extensions range in length from 6mm all the way up to 16mm, and from 0.03mm in thickness all the way up to 0.18mm. We also have 4 different curl intensities ranging from a very subtle lift to quite an intense curl (think 'eyelash curler' effect).

Absolutely! This is why we love them. After the first 24 hours of “drying time” you can do all of these things worry-free. Perfect for all occasions ESPECIALLY holidays, weddings and special events.

As mentioned above, we recommend top-ups every 2-3 weeks however some people like to pop in weekly and others every 3-4 weeks. Its really trial and error to see which timeframe is right for you and your lashes. The infill treatments are much shorter than the initial application.

You can apply mascara to Classic Individual Extensions but NOT to Russian Volume Extensions. One of the best things about our eyelash extensions is that the need for mascara is gone, the majority of our clients only put mascara on their lower lashes. If you do feel the need to put a coat of the black stuff on your Classics please make sure it is NOT waterproof as this will effect the adhesive (same goes for waterproof eyeliner, its a no-no too!)

We pride ourselves on our relaxing lash treatments and make you as comfortable and cosy as possible. Lying down on a beauty bed and covered with a cosy blanket, we carefully isolate each of your own natural lashes and apply your chosen extensions to them, one at a time, making sure your natural lashes do not stick together and clump. This allows the natural lash (with it's extension attached) to grow out on its own, not pulling the neighbouring lash with them. Each treatment varies in time but a full set of Classic Individual tends to be around 1.5 hours and Russian Volume tends to be around 2.5 hours.

Yes, perfect! You can swim and shower with no problem. Eyelash extensions look great on the beach and around the pool. Your eyes will always look glamorous and give the appearance of wearing mascara.

Our lashes can be worn indefinitely. They are extremely lightweight and soft so will not damage the natural lash line. At the time of writing this I have been wearing lashes every day since September 2009 (i first tried them for my birthday and have been hooked ever since!). Some people prefer to have a short break every few months and have a new set applied but it really depends on you.

Both brow treatments carefully design the most suitable and complimentary eyebrow shape specifically for you. They include mapping, tinting, waxing, tweezing and highlighting however the one main difference is that ‘Love Those Brows’ includes threading along the upper brow to create a perfect shape from above.

No, we can style in many different ways. 

No not for extensions, because the extensions do not touch the skin. They are placed 1mm away from the eyelid onto the hair. Unless you are hyperallergenic/senstive, in that case we can of course perform a patch test. 

Yes. This lasts on our system for 12 months. It can be done any time before your appointment, but at least 24 hours.

For extensions and lash lifts yes, but any eyebrow treatment no. It can create an undesirable colour.

You can get your lashes/brows wet for 24 hours after your appointment so wash your hair if you like. Fill in any consultation forms we may have sent, and please refrain from drinking coffee or energy drinks the few hours before your appointment as this can cause uncontrollable eye twitching making it very difficult for your artist.
